Halloween Class Party Made Easy
Are you having a Halloween Party in your classroom? It doesn’t have to be hard or time consuming. Take a look at what I do for Halloween class parties in my classroom. I’ve even put together everything you need to make your Halloween Class Party planning and prepping a snap!
Halloween Class Party Ideas
Wondering what to do for your Halloween class party? Here are some ideas! First, I pick the party date and block about an hour of time at the end of the school day for our class party. Then, that day I add some extra decorations around my classroom for that Halloween Party vibe! At the party we start by playing games. The kids love Halloween Charades or Halloween Draw-it (pictionary), and then we play Halloween Bingo. Next, for some calm fun we do a Halloween directed drawing. While they color in their directed drawing pictures I hand out a quick snack (that I ask parents to donate). While the students are eating their Halloween Party snack we snap some fun pictures using a Halloween photo booth! Families always enjoy seeing these fun photos from the class party.
Halloween Class Party Games
Halloween Class Party Charades:
Playing charades at your Halloween party is tons of fun! I’ve put together 30 different cards with unique Halloween themed things to act out on each card. You can use this game for whole-class play or teams, I’ve included directions for both! You can also use these game cards for playing this as a Draw-It Pictionary style game. Playing Charades / Draw -It at my class party has become one of my favorite activities to do! The kids have such a great time, always full of laughs. And, it is so quick and easy to prep this game. Just print, cut, done!
Halloween Party Bingo:
This game of Halloween BINGO is always a hit! Halloween BINGO is a fun activity to play at your classroom Halloween Party! Halloween Bingo is quick to prep (Just print, cut, and play) and will have your students engaged and having fun at your class party! Use small counters, ones-cubes, mini-erasers, pom-poms, small candy or small treats as markers. Play again and again! I’ve made 30 Halloween BINGO cards plus a deck of large Halloween BINGO calling cards for the teacher or class parent to use.

Halloween Directed Drawing:
If you’re looking for a Halloween Class Party idea that is low-key and easy to prep THIS IS IT! Halloween Directed Drawing is a fun but calm craft to do with your students. My students love to create both a Haunted House and a Bat. This Halloween drawings/craft can be done as a group activity or done individually. It really is a fun Halloween activity to do at your classroom Halloween Party and all the students need is a sheet of paper, a pencil, and something to color with! The best part of directed drawing during your Halloween Party is when they are done and the students are so proud of their creation.
